7th April was her five years brithday . I and her mum made a brithday partyin home
. she father bought the cake , the cake was very big and beautiful . afternoon ,
i and her friends played ball games , care games ......
      Night , we ate dinner in restaurant . Today was happy with me .

      Today is Easter holiday , i went to my sister home played (I visited my sister's home and played with her 佢地唔係一齊住??). (Add: Today is my sister's birthday.) My sister (She) was (is) an (不要an) five years ( five years old).
7th April was her five years brithday (意思重覆, 可以不要呢句). I and her mum made a brithday partyin home (at home, 唔會用 in 的). she (Her ) father bought the (個蛋糕第一次出現, 所以用 a, 再出現的話, 用 the) cake , the cake was very big and beautiful . afternoon (時間最好不要放在句子的開端, 文法不適合),
i and her friends played ball games , care games (all day)......
      Night , (不要night) we ate (had) dinner in (a) restaurant . Today was happy with me. (簡單英文, 不要想得太複雜 :I am happy today.)

好奇一問，阿女細妹個媽媽是否同一人？
I and her mum (?)

不過其實你睇下d鬼佬..除左俚語真係要睇得多先知外..
用字多數都唔會好深
語言呢d野..係用黎溝通.基本上明意思就得
當然仲要講番少少文法
正如廣東話「我很開心今天」與「今天我很開心」一樣

her mum and I
...
都唔知點改好.
要先搞清樓主的對像是誰先啦.
因為成個意思都唔係咁.
sister, 根本不是 sister, 應該是 cousin? 我對親戚關係唔多了解. 要大家幫忙喇.
I and her mum (應該改為 Auntie Mary and I ?) 稱呼名字會親切d.
