Your formula :-

(EM 菌 + water + sugar) +water + sugar + 米糠 = Bokashi 粉

By dividing the steps, the EM microbs will populate the EM solution first，then, the solution which contains billions of active microbs will be mixed with the rice bran. This is better because more microbs in the solution means there is less chance of foreign-microb invasion.

Why it can't mix all in one go and is EM 液 need to keep (or dry) for a certain period of time before making the 2nd mixture.  Would this procedure affect the quality or consistence of the product.  Just making some assumption or may be I am wrong.

     Why we have to 埋在泥裏一個月 ?  If I can only plant indoor then I can't apply this method for making fertilizer and can you advise N-P-K value of fertilizer made from kitchen waste.  Thank you very much.

An alternative is to put them into compost bin, so that the bokashi will be broken down by beneficial microbs. The difference is, with bokashi, it make the composting period much shorter, and the kitchen waste won't give a foul smell.

The NPK of the final product is dependent on the composition of your kitchen waste. This differs for different families.

超夠呀 (果d菌唔係直接用，係用來造 bokashi 發酵粉。一次過整哂的話，100 個人用成年用都夠呀！)

其實無咁多o既,大概50-60%到(不過如果處理到就會少好多垃圾)

桶不要太大，乜不要用搖蓋，bokashi fermentation 係厭氧過程，桶越細越好，可以裝一至兩個星期廚餘就好了。巿面上賣的 bokashi 桶一般都係 11-13 liters。我買的是3加侖水桶連蓋。如果可能的話用一個圓形直身桶最方便。

如果知道深圳哪裏有得賣，我諗我搵日去開深圳，抬 5kg 返來會平好多
