你可以先申請香港進口證, 加埋美國的檢疫證明就得啦, 其實做法和郵購一樣, 只是你本人做咗 UPSS.

Of course, 拎番嚟都幾係嘢.

To import plants to HK, the buyer should apply for an import licence.  The licence will be sent to you and you are required to send a facsimile copy of the licence to the supplier.

The supplier should apply for a Phytosanitary Certificate.  When they send the flowers to you, they should include a copy of the Phytosanitary Certificate and a copy of the import licence to the parcel.

Hi Candy,

I just wasn't sure if Hong Kong did require a phyto certificate, as there are a few countries that don't.  In the past, I have done some overseas shipping; at the present, the agent in my area who does my certificates is not terribly competent, and since I am charged by the hour, it usually ends up costing so much for the phtyos (over $30 each) plus the very high cost of shipping, that it is just not worthwhile to attempt it.

I am really sorry about this.   If anything changes, or if I can make arrangements with another agent, I will let you know.

As stated in the website of Agariculture , fisheries and Conservation Department, they require import license but did not mention Phytosanitary Certificate.  However, Robs and LLG always send the AV to us with Phyto Certificate.  I think you may call them to clarify this.

"In order to avoid unnecessary delay in customs clearance of plants on arrival, importers are advised to obtain a Plant Import Licence from this department prior to order for shipment of plants."

出美國境, 不用過海關, 不過要過 security check, 入香港才要過海關


1. 依家美國對登機行理查得很嚴, 如果hand carry, 未必讓你上機, 如果寄倉, 一定要包得好好
2. 過香港海關時可能發生的事
a. 有人問你朋友有冇嘢要報關, 你朋友又唔出聲, 冇事
b. 關員問你朋友有冇嘢要報關, 你朋友話冇, 佢又信, 冇事, 不過
c. 如果佢要查, 而你又没有美國的檢疫和香港的入口證, 玩完
   花會被扣留, 等你辦完所有證, 花都玩完

我會搞好所有証先嘅,而我朋友亦會declare，但美國喺唔俾人帶crown 上飛機的嗎？？？
