Forget to mention the last 3 photos captured the T.  pearsonii this is an very odd looking specie especially during dormancy.
I failed almost all my Tylecodon 2 years ago except an paniculatus.
This year I rebuild my collection with such dream specie, this is flowering sized plant but it need a long time to adapt to new environment and start it's new life here, not to mention the season diff. between Africa & HK.

Nice ! Seems hard to buy these winter plant in 2011......any secret in keeping these winter plant ? I put mine into dormancy (stop watering mine in June and July and place it in a shaded/cool area ) and it died.

I am a poor guy and no success.
But experience tells, if you have the first leaf, it means you success, and please treat it per Tylecondon growth rhythm then.
If it doesn't show sign of growth, just keep it and be patient.

6月尾買左棵白象(T.  pearsonii )..... 但而家8月應該夏眠...  但佢景然出新芽@@"  係未有d反常?????

Just let it be, they should have sensed the climate changes and adjust their growth cycle.
Look for your further photos once they are in flowers
