There is a shop at the beginning of the flower market in Mongkok, which sells lots of cactuses.  I saw a dioscorea elephantipes with a diameter of about 1.5 inches two weeks ago.  The selling price was HK$380.

By the way, I don't know who is Winzy.  Why don't you want to buy from him?

Some peat mixed with coarse sand should do.  Good drainage is a must otherwise the plant may easily be rotten.  Give it sunlight, but avoid too intense heat.  Place 2/3 of the ball-shaped root into the soil.
