因我寄信申請植物進口證, 只用了一個信封及一個回郵信封同時申請rob及lyon的進口證, 漁護署收到後打了電話給我, 說一個回郵信封也可以, 他們會把兩份進口證入在一個信封寄給我, 但星期六收到時只得 rob 那一份, 没有 ...

呵呵~peter辦事,我好放心架

事由：因太多人入數, 匯豐銀行把所有記綠合併了, 查不到各人入數資料, 銀行話要收50元打番張statement出嚟, 我唔俾, 我信你地唔會呃我嘅 , 唔俾佢呃我50元

現確認:　除了已通知我有特別安排者, 所有款項收整

If you are attempting to configure FormMail to run with this form, you need to add the following to @referers, explained in detail in the README file.

Add 'lyndonlyon.com' to your @referers array.

還有, lyndon lyon 冇叫send張import licence俾佢嘅?  有誰郵購過lyndon lyon, 請盡快講解一下郵購手續.

I also use the above link to place an order in 9/2007.  May be the server's problem, please try again.  Just send a email which attached your import licence after order placed.

去埋人地度試都唔得, 可能是 lyon 個 site 有問題

I am going to send the order by fax.

Just calculated the shipment and handling charges as follow:

30 shipment and handling charge (for first 25 plants)
25 shipment and handling charge (for next 25 plants)
25 shipment and handling charge (for next 10 plants) (total order qty 60)
120 UPPS additional mailing charge ( 2 x 60 plants)
25 Phytosanitary certificate

total expenses 285
each plant bears USD4.75

I find the expense is crazy.  For AV chamera, the expenses is about 30% of the cost, I think it is still acceptable.  For other the others cost from 6 to 7.5 per plant, the expense is about 70% of the cost.  Are you people sure  continuing order?  

I give you last chance to cancel/amend order, if required,  until 02Oct2007 midnight.
