Thank you for your confirmation.
Please let us know if the plants can be shipped on 22Oct (USA time) as this is a group order and we have arranged a meeting on 27Oct (HK time) to distribute the plants. Therefore, sending the plants on time is very important to us. However, if you cannot made this date, please let us know immediately so that we have to arrange another day for the meeting.
Please do not send earlier than 22Oct as I will be away to Italy (for our aniversary) until 24Oct.
Please also let us know as soon as you have the information:
1. which plant and quantity are available for us
2. we are ordering 50 plants. As no soil is allowed for shipment to Hong Kong. Will these 50 plants be shipped in one carton? If so, we assume the delivery cost will be lower than that indicated in your order form. Of course, safe delivery comes before cost saving. I will leave the packing method to you.
