Strawberry dry out

Can anyone help me? My strawberry has many flowers but when it becomes fruit. The fruit can only grow to 3mm in size and then dry out.
Please advise how I can have large strawberry.

I water the plant twice a week and fertilize once a month.
I am in HK. Pls see the photo. One of the small strawberry is drying out.

依家香港咁既天氣,一星期淋兩次水唔係好夠~
而且夏天都唔適合士多啤梨生長~

I typed it wrong. I water the plant twice a day, not a week. Is it too much?
I grow it since Sep last year and it flower two months ago.
I cannot control it.
