Tiny white insert

Tens of tiny (small than 1mm in length) white inserts are found on the soil and leaf at night. At day time, they disappear. I tried garlic water but fails. Any good idea?
Pls advise.

It's different from what shown in your photo.
Finally, I use insert killer for plant whenever I saw them for a week.
Now, it seems to me that they disappear.
