木瓜係咪病左?

成日去到咁大就兩隻色,之後仲黃埋添,係咪有病???

Look like it is sick or having bugs around. I have 2 plants look like this. one end up death but the other is cover with bugs later. I spray it with some mild pesticide today BUT I am not sure. I may need to re-spray later in order to KILL them all.
