I guess the best way is to dig it up carefully with minimum damage to the roots.  Then separate into 3 plants and replant them with 15cm apart (or replant them in separate pots)

P.S. The smaller the damage to the roots, the more chance it will survive the move ^^

That's mean i need to cut the 球根???

I would prefer not to cut the 球根 (As wounds on the 球根 is difficult to heal and may cause infections :> )
Just break off the 2 bigger ones and left the smallest one on the 球根.
Then replant the 2 bigger ones (preferbly in a green house in order to minimise water lost), or if you don't have a green house, at least cover it with a clear plastic bag or some cling-film.  New roots will start to grow after 2-3 weeks and new 球根 will start to grow after 2-3 months ^^
