The only problem that 黃雨、紅雨、黑雨；三號、八號、九號、十號風球 cause is damage to your plant by heavy rain and strong wind.

If you don't care about breakage of stem and leaves etc, there is no need to take them inside ~

Such condition might not last for long and should not cause root rot in such a short period of rainy days

Easy and vigorous grower ~ not easy to be damaged by wind right now as it's still small in size and short.

However, if it grows longer and taller, it can be broke easily if not well supported

I keep it 18-22 degree celcius but might grow even better below that temperature range ~
