剛收到的鬱金香根球, 應如何做

昨天朋友從荷蘭帶回來幾個鬱金香根球, 請教各位高手, 依家咁熱, 應如何做.  謝謝.

I'm afraid that you have received your tulip bulbs in a bad time... it will have a very high failure rate which ever way you choose to deal with it...
The best time to buy your tulip bulbs from Holland is between December and Feburary... and if it has already got half an inch of green growing, its very hard to pospone its growth for a further half a year... resulting in a high mortality rate...

無記錯的話，先用newpaper包好放陰涼地方一旁，
今年9月再放入雪櫃雪60天，雪完用消毒劑浸，
浸完封乾，先再下盆~

再請教如何才不會在種植前發芽.  因為依家已有約半吋芽長咗出嚟.

I tried the same method before, with about 20-30 bulbs.
Problem is that its taking up so much space at my fridge, also because of the extensive period of time that I need to store the bulbs, many has gone moldy even after using 消毒劑.
My success rate of using the method mentioned above was only 15%... ever since then, I only buy bulbs from Holland during the Winter months.  This gives me bulbs which has already gone through the winter treatment (and a very natural winter treatment too).  As a result, the flowering rate was up to 80%.

I used to plant tulips every year, even when I was living in London.  However, due to limited space at my house, I have stopped growing tulips for the past 2 years.
But for you, ok la ^^
