不同光圈值 (F value) 對景深 (DOF) 的影響 (微距攝影)

Equipment : D300 + MBD10 + AF-S 105mm 2.8 VR Micro + Remote Cord MC-30
Tripod and Head : Manfrotto 190XPROB + 804RC2
Taken Indoor with 125W 5400k light bulb x 3
Aperture Priority ISO 500 White Balance Sunlight

對焦點全是右下方那片葉子, 不同光圈值 ( F value ) 對景深的影響可以從後面那片直立的葉子看得出來

It is easy to take photos with shallow Depth of Field as most of the common DC are having lens with small F Value and very easy to creat such effect while taking photos of near distance ~

It is more difficult to take photos of smaller object with deeper DOF as you have to use much higher F Value while only DSLR Lens can provide such variability ~

While you are increasing the F Value, light getting through the lens is decreasing and shutter speed has to be lowered to obtain the same exposure. Corresponding adjustments have to be done such as increasing ISO, taking photos under stronger light source etc.
