Ingredients:
100g flour
1/2tsp baking soda powder
~30g sugar
50g butter
~30g syrup
2tsp ground ginger powder
Steps:
1. Preheat an oven to 190c, grease the baking tray
2. Sieve flour, baking soda and ground ginger powder todether into a mixing bowl
3. put butter, sugar, syrup into a small saucepan. Use a low heat to melt
4. pour the syrup batter into mixing bowl, stir with flour to form a dough
5. knead well. roll the dough into 3mm thick, cut out ginger bunny shape from shaped cutter
6. bake for 10-15minutes until they turn golden brown
7. take out and put on a cooling rack |
