"Fire mango"

I saw this in newpaper
so I would like to share it
because it's easy to make and maybe....yummy?


Ingredients"
butter 60g
mango  one
sugar    200g(If you want it to be sweeter,put more)
wine 100g(I think use some orange-tasted wine MAYBE better)
orange juice 50g



First,slice the mango into 粗slices.
Use 明火to heat the wok,pour butter+sugar

Second,
melt the sugar to become 焦sugar,pour ornge juice.

Third,
put the mango slices then add wine to 炒香.

Finish la~!

Tips:
When your are 炒ing ,
傾斜the wok may have fire效果
