Job Description:
1. Prepare and submit sales quotations to customer enquiries.
2. Prepare and place sales orders from customers to supplier.
3. Attend to Customer enquiries and problems related the same to supplier.
4. Prepare all shipping documents and process shipment and delivery to customers
5. Prepare and mail out Invoices.
6. Assist Sales Engineers with clerical duties
7. Knowledge of Import and Export rules in HK and China
6. Knowledge of LC documentation
Qualifications
1. At least three years experience with the same or similar job as described above
2. Proficient in using Windows, Microsoft office and preferably Lotus Notes.
3. Able to work with minimal supervision
4. Fluent in English and Mandarin |
