之前睇過一個post"八王爺"話第三年要小心點
係唔係咁既情況呢?

生石花每年ｎｕｔ皮好正常架ｗｏ．枯出面個對葉，入面對角位就生返出黎，種多２年佢高興就分裂多個，好好玩～

如果唔係成個掘佢出黎
都唔知底部會甩一個袖珍版
以為佢就咁玩完

It seems that you don't know how to feed it as when they are having new leave(s), you should not dig it out to replant it but just leave it untounch. Once the new leave come out completely and the old one shredded. Start water it to let it absorb water throughly and then the new leave will enlarge or the whole body will enlarge in size.
