Actually, I think I'm pretty sure about the name of pic7 (the green one with varigated leafs).  However, I'm not sure about the name of pic8 (the pink one with scalloped leafs) at all...   It really is a shame that the winning AV doesn't have its name written on the label somewhere...

我都係，對我這些小戶來說，簡直是寶藏，所以買左棵451.....

Actually, Spring is a very good season for 紫羅蘭.  Right temperature/humidity/sun light etc...  
I guess my only advice is to do more research: read more books and on-line articals about the topic.  With enough practice and experiance accumunated through trial and error, you'll be able to produce good quality flowers in no time
