請問﹐你從荷蘭買球根後是怎樣帶它們回港的﹖我有朋友會去荷蘭﹐想托她幫我買些。想知道可不可以把球根帶番香港(因是植物)﹖放在寄倉行李還是隨身行李行不行﹖
不過我朋友april去荷蘭﹐0吾知有無球根買﹖0係邊度可以買到﹖不好意思﹐好多問題添。

Actually, I know that some people would bring back bulbs from Holland or Japan and as far as I understood, its not illegal because it has no roots nor soil and its not a rare or endangered specie.  However, i think its necessary to apply for a 進 口 證.

So, provided that your bulbs satisfied the above 2 conditions, I would say both 寄倉行李 and 隨身行李 are ok.  (Please correct me if I'm wrong)
