AV 有冧但唔開花

各位，我棵AV 有冧但唔開花，最後乾埋，係咪唔夠肥呀?
明明啲花枝有好多冧，都唔開

Is it a nearly purchased plant?  Is the roots healthy? Possibly wind draft?

係呀，我買返嚟架，買返嚟我冇換過盤，一直放係公司window 邊，唔會直接曬到，但佢一宜都有出新葉

Usually the flowers are the first thing to suffer when change to a new growing environment.
Also, most commercially available AV comes in really dark/packed soil which retain lots of moisture.  One must be very careful not to over water.
More plants are killed due to over water rather than under water.  

Continuous direct wind from the office air-con may also dry up your  花冧, causing it to wilt before it has a chance to open.

If you still have a lot of healthy looking 花冧 on the plant, I would suggest just let the soil dry a little more before watering.
However, if you only have a few healthy looking 花冧 left, then I would suggest a complete re-pot with more porous soil ^^

多謝你既細心解答，我諗我可能淋得太多水，我三日左右淋一次
而家睇到啲花冧冇晒，好傷心，要重新種過

This is usually what I would do first thing after purchasing an AV from the Flower Market:

1) Remove all flowers, separate the crowns
2) Apply insecticide if applicable
3) Re-pot in my soil mix that is suitable for my growing environment

This way, it will give your plant the best chance of survival

我剛剛幫av換泥，發現原來裡面啲泥太濕，我就拎走濕泥，但feel到整親佢啲根，而家我加咗啲乾泥，希望佢冇事啦
