first one - when you wake up
second - at your breakfast - juice, milk, tea
third - around eleven o'clock or you take a rest
forth - before your lunch
fifth - when you lunch - coffee, lemon tea or chinese tea
sixth - around tea time take a break
seventh - before you offduty
eigth - before your dinner

totally 8 cups of water

我會一次過飲好多杯,唔洗煩.
