豆麩, 是否豆渣曬乾??
如果係, 去豆品店要求拎豆渣, 自己曬

响賣花生夫既地方都有得買, 但好小有散裝

Me too, I want the residue of soybean.
My fd said it was powerful, it contain more nutrients like amino acid when compare to peanut
So, have anyone tried? I want to buy some!!

So, I want to find.
The professor told me that those soy residue are came from extraction of soybean oil, not soymilk
If you make soymilk,most nutrients have been moved to it, which is useless.
