need help - any one who know microsoft ACCESS pls

any one who know microsoft ACCESS pls ? I want to set up a database and generate some reports .......   thank you !

ooh its a database software .. nothing to do with flower @@ sry sry heheee

i want to set up a file, keep records of all the classes / students / teacher info etc etc and generate some reports

It is something like dbase & foxpro in the past....

Which MS Office version are you using?  2010, 2007 or 2003?  See whether I can help?

簡單三部曲：

1. 建立TABLE，入到ACCESS，上面BAR 有CREATE，按了之後，左上邊角有TABLE，按一下，有一個新的TABLE出現。
  . TABLE 上改FIELD NAME，例如：姓名，地址，電話，電郵......
   . SAVE 時改一個新檔案的名，例如：1A班，或老師資料庫之類。

以上建立TABLE 的第一方法。也可以從外面滙入EXCEL TABLE。

2. 建立查詢，由現有的TABLE中篩選所需資料，可以用一個TABLE 或多個TABLE抽出來。
  . 一個TABLE 最簡單，就是挑一些想要的資料，做成報告。沒有難度，只要CREATE 一個查詢QUERY
   . 兩個或以上的TABLE，就要在TABLES 之間建立連線 ，例如老師資料同1A班連線，之後可以抽出兩個TABLE 中想, 要的資料，再做成報告。或CLASS REGISTER
   - 兩個或以上TABLES 做的查詢不能修改內容。

3. 設計報告。這是用ACCESS 的其中一個優點，將已輸入的DATA, 隨時做成不同需要的報告，例如時間表，CLASS REGISTER, 成績表....ETC.
    按CREATE REPORT, 可以用TABLE 或查詢QUERY 來做報告。
  將所需畏資料從TABLE 或QUERY 中拉入報告內，再設計成需要FORMAT，例如CLASS REGISTER 要學生名，學號，班級，老師名....等等。
  也可以做郵寄用的地址標簽，只要拉入學生名，地址。又可以做時間表，拉入班級，科目和上課時間。



做好這三部，基本上ACCESS 資料庫可用。再仔細可以做方便輸入資料的表格，每月計出席率，考試時間表，科目老師資料....等等。
