Home made yogurt :

1 Lt. fresh milk.
1 cup of yogurt

1. Heat milk in a clean pot on slow fire to 110F
2. add 2 tbsp of yogurt to the pot of milk and stir well.
3. put the pot of milk on top of a oven with "keep warm" setting for 4-5 hours. (cover the pot with cloth)
4. Done.
