Your plant has scale infection, not any kind of virus sickness or fungus infection, you could use WHITE OIL(a kind of oil designed for agricultural use), can be obtained from agriculture supply, follow instruction and make sure to spray top and bottom of leave and stem as well as the culture media, point of interest do not spray during hot day preferable in the evening. If you have quite a number of plants that grow close together probably the rest also infected , treat the same way as the one infected. Reapply after about one month to make sure the scales do not come back. If you can't get the white oil, you could use cooking oil about 5ml to 1 litre of water add few drops of dish washing detergent shake well and apply. The oil does not kill the scale , it is when the mixture is dried the oil stay on to the scale and suffuscate the scale. Good luck.
