屬名: Plectranthus (香茶菜屬, 本屬植物多為芳香植物, 如到手香 Plectranthus amboinicus (LOUR.) SPRENG )
別名: Spur Flower, Muishondblaar
原產地: 非洲 (在1990年代後期, 由南非 Kirstenbosch Botanical Gardens, Roger Jaques 所培育出的雜交種
植物特徵: 葉片為有光澤的暗綠色, 葉背為紫色. 開淺紫至深紫色小花
種植注意事項: 熱帶/亞熱帶 (白天溫度約 24-26 度, 夜晚溫度約 14-18 度, 台灣建議種植時間為夏末播種, 秋冬氣溫略低時開始生長), 一年生草本, 株高約 60-90 公分, 建議種植間距 (花園中適用) 60-90 公分, 遮陰條件:全日照/半遮陰 (光照度約 4 萬到 7 萬之間, 太低會造成莖徒長, 太高葉子容易簇生), 適合 pH5.6 -6.5 左右的略酸性土壤, 水分條件: 適中 (不要太濕或是太乾). 莖需摘心, 以促進分枝和增加花朵數目.
繁殖條件:可仟插或用種子繁殖.
