上網SEARCH原來好多人都自己整
仲有埋RECIPE
我諗住試下自己整
下面係佢個RECIPE, 本身係英文, 以下係我的理解
遲D買到D香料就試下.....
How to Make Chai
Here is a simple recipe to make chai yourself at home. This is what you will need:
1 1/2 cups of water 1.5杯水
1 1/2 inch stick of cinnamon 肉桂條 1支 (短)
8 cardamom pods 荳蔻8粒
8 whole cloves 丁香8支
1/4 inch fresh ginger root (sliced thin) 薑片少許
2/3 cup of milk 奶2/3杯
6 teaspoons sugar 6茶匙糖
3 teaspoons of Darjeeling Tea leaves 紅茶茶葉 ( 佢話用大吉嶺茶, 都OK GE )
Place water, cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and ginger in a pot and bring to a boil.
把肉桂, 豆寇, 丁香, 薑片,水一起放進煲裡加熱至滾起
Cover and lower heat to low setting and simmer for 10 minutes.
蓋上煲蓋, 用慢火煮10分鐘
Add milk and sugar and again bring to simmer.
加入奶, 糖, 繼續慢火煮
Next, add the tea leaves, remove from heat and cover.
加入茶葉, 離火
Let steep for 3 minutes and strain. Enjoy!
3分鐘後可用

BTW, 我覺得將D香料磨料晒可能唔使煮.....就咁用熱都可能OK
但未試過
