My Rosemary is dying, pls help!

After our holiday, back home and see the rosemary dying! I thought not enough water, but my helper said, it rain many days, & it has too much water.
Now, already 5 days after we back and today is finally sunny, it still look like this.
Anyone can tell me what to do? & what's wrong?

I had rosemary many time, & always end up dry & died, hope I can save this one.

I think the root may rotten. Please take some clear photos of the bottom of the stem and different sides of the plant(including the soil surface, leaf, stem), so that i can know more about your situation and then give you some suggestions.
Moreover, what is the type of  your soil?"科學泥"?

thanks Chan1988, here are the photos, I move the soil and look at the root, seem bad. The soil i use is 有機荷蘭黑土. Should I mix with sand or what? And from the info I search, I am confuse whether rosemary need alot of sun or need shadow? Mine are always dry up, leave became black & fell off then died. This time the leave still on & green, so I hope this can be save.

I had a for a year, but doesn't seem to get much bigger, change to this bigger pot about 2 months ago.

I move the whole plant with old soil into the new pot, is this not good?

the root is rotten. it is a serious problem and difficult to rescue, but you still have chance.
it is caused by the unventilated and wet soil(hydrocele). Rosemary likes ventilated and dry environment, so you need to change the soil and control the water supply(only give water when the soil is dry and using a soil which has lower water retention capacity)

first of all, you should remove the plant from the pot and then wash away the soil with water
furthermore, you have two choice
A:using cactus soil instead of potting mix"科學泥" to plant the rosemary.
B:using 50%  rough sand mix with  50 % potting mix or general soil

已換盆兩個月, 即是在 8 月初換, 當時無問題, 現在才有事?
看照片是短暫缺水,但不至於會無救,  如果到今天仍是這樣,
可能是根已受傷(缺水後又大量淋水), 吸水有困難.
建議剪去約30% 枝葉(也可以留來插枝), 等其慢慢回覆.
現在天氣涼, 很快回覆的

而家你首先移佢出來,洗走D泥,剪左D爛根,等傷口風乾,用仙人掌泥種,一係自已溝泥(因為仙人掌泥比較貴且份量小,我通常自己溝 )睇下救唔救到
死因泥唔夠疏水,又落大雨,一濕又焗住好易爛根
Rosemary都幾耐旱,所以你唔洗成日淋水,淋水前先檢查土壤情況,待乾先淋水,方法可以插枝雪條棍落去,如果枝雪條棍唔係好濕,就淋水, 或者掘開盆邊的泥土檢查濕度
有時佢都會垂哂D葉,不過係因為太乾,呢個時候要立刻淋水,你一淋水就回復原狀,不過你個情況唔同,你係爛根,葉子唔會回復原狀,且由葉尾開始枯萎
