Haha, good question.  Summer is always a tricky part.
As I don't have air conditioning in my house (or at least no air conditioning when I'm away).  I'd make sure that there is:

1) good ventilation/ air circulation
2) no direct sun light in the planting area

Installing a fan with a timmer is definitely advisable.  Also a more porous planting medium is vital for your AVs survival during the Summer season

The timmer is to turn the fan on when you're at work or away from the house.  Please make sure that the fan doesn't point directly at your AV as this will dehydrate the plants too much.  Also important to make sure that your fan ane timmer is not a fire harzard ^^  There is no need to give your AV 24 hrs of fan/ air conditioner every day.  Usually, I'd only have the fan on for the hottest 10-12 hrs during the summer time.

施肥 in Summer is also possible, but you have to make sure that your fertilizer is really dilute so as not to cause any damage to the roots.  Usually I'd dilute the fertilizer at least 4 times more as suggested on the instruction on the package during the summer months.

David>, what kind of fan you are using? I want to buy a fan for my violets too  but I plant my AV in the balcony but I wonder if there is any fan that can use  batteries rather then socket one, it seems there are some kind of small fan that use batteries to function (but I am not sure).

Socket ones are much better, the battery fans are just too weak...
Also, because you're planting at your balcony, shielding from the sun may be more important?
