there are only few roots growing from the upper part of it... , what you can do now is cut the "head" with several roots, disinfect the wound and replant it in new substrate...

有機會植料太濕和不通風，試下除去已黑的葉片，到藥房買支幾蚊的火酒，用棉花棒盡量除去已黑的霉菌，吹乾一兩天才換上乾淨植料。植物其餘部分仍壯，試下救無妨。

Minimal you can help except spraying heavy dose of fungicides over the plant ... Keep it ventilated and a bit dryer ...
