辣椒蒜頭水

Can someone give me the receipt of making 辣椒蒜頭水? I start growing leafy veggies this summer. I think I'm going to need to spray this to the leaves. Thanks.

What kind of leafy veggies that you gonna grown in the summer??People told me it's better grown in winter.
Summer time usually is good for melon.......like bitter melon,water melon....... I had try to grown leafy veggies in summer before, it taste really bitter.  Hot weather is not suitable to grown some kind of leafy veggies.

Thanks Upermama. I grow 莧菜. This corp likes hot weather, the hotter the better. I sprinkled some seeds few days ago. My yard has ant and other bugs problem. I am afraid that they will claim my veggie before I get to them.
