Its in a 3 inch pot, about 10cm high above the soil.  Slightly smaller than a K. Manchu la ^^

Yes, usually people would cut the top off after flowering to encourage new growth + keep the plant looking pretty ^^
I've seen the shop keepers doing that in Holland too!

I'm glad you like it   In general, I find that Kholeria likes to have more sunshine (doing especially well during the summer months).
Also, it can withstand a certain degree of drought ^^  too much water on the other hand will lead to root rot and steam rot....
As a result, I much prefer watering too little rather than too much.  Hope this helps
