E. Star of Bethlehem doesn't get very tall (only as tall as a normal size AV).  However, because all episcias are trailers, an adult plant can reach as large as 20cm wide ^^
Due to the limited size at home, I always keep my episcias under 10cm in diameter.  Hope this helps ^^

It is much easier to keep the episcias smaller rather than making them bigger.  To make them bigger (i.e. bigger than 20cm in diameter), you'll need a very stable planting environment.  However, to keep them smaller (i.e. under 10cm in diameter) you'll just have to remove the older leafs at a regular interval and cut off the excess side shoots/ bb plants ^^.
