(Sorry, problems with my computer can't type Chinese)...
Achinemes in general do not like hot weather. The best time for planting is from March to June. They can stand the extreme heat in summer under shade, but won't bloom as many as they do in late spring / early summer. Please do not expose them to direct sunlight of over 30c for a long time, if you do so, you will see them starting to wit. Also they don't like heavy rain so take them indoor during storms.
They now grow slowly because it is too hot. I put my achinemes under dark plastic screens, so they still get sunshine but won't be burnt. And they are now blooming. |
