bake 15 minutes only? Should it be okay ???

If you worry about it, you may use 160 for 25-30minutes instead of 180 for 15miuutes. You just remove the cake from the oven after it rise high and turn to golden brown on the outside. Then you may insert a toothpick near the center of the cake, it should come out clean and with no batter sticking to it. Then it is ok.
