有花友以往有同樣的不幸事件發生,通常 rob's 會賠償,一般是跟第二個訂單一倂寄過來,
若果對他們失去信心不想再訂, 試著要求他們只寄出補償的堇, 而運費則由你們付.
這樣做較不化算.
較經濟的做法是籌備第二個訂單,收貨期在我們初秋的時間,又或他們未落雪前將貨寄出.

再籌備第二個訂單，peter試過今次你重想唔想幫襯 rob's 呀？

其實我而家好担心中國那位朋友, 我幫佢向rob訂咗好多花, 而家還未收到, 因寄大陸的時間比寄香港還要多3,4天,  我真係好驚, 好怕好心做壞事.

Peter, we all are very sorry for the av(s).. But... I'm very happy and grateful on your kindly help. This is a good lesson for everyone here Kong's advice is awesome! Maybe we can ask Rob to send the replace av(s) to us after autumn, this should be the good condition for us.
and my av(s) now..
Rob's Lucky Ducky, Rob's Chilly Willy and Ma's Frog Land all gone to visit God la.. I just look like a crazy woman planting dead av on the pots npw.. haha

我雖然無買Rob's 花，但看見你為花友盡心盡力，不問回報，在你身上一樣看到友情!

我現時在美國，也從Rob's那裡訂了幾棵用來送人的，但卻是很差的樣子。後來我再從其他地方訂，那就正常得多了！

我真的猜不到ROB'S做了這麼多年郵購, 竟會如此不爭氣, 真的做了這麼多年也吸收不到一點經驗?
