From one of my reference book collections of flora,
"Thomas Lobb, a professional plant collector, originally discovered Hoya bella for Veitch & Sons nurseries of Exiter, England. He collected it in the Taung Kolo Mountains of Moulmein, Burma (now Myanmar). This is in a coastal range of mountains extending southward down the southwestern coast of the country, close to Western Thailand. As a mountain species, it prefers cooler conditions. Since it was not a vigorous fast growing plant, it was one of the first hoyas to be grafted to a more vigarous species, usually to Hoya carnosa."

hope u dudes will know what is this passage talking about, and i must say,
a small microclimate can be created with numerous plants processing transperation,
this could help plants which need to live under harsh climate that we can't provide to adapt the environment.
